William D. Davis

Bill has practiced in three well-known technology hubs and a fourth up-and-coming hub including Silicon Valley, Silicon Forest (Portland-metro, Oregon), Sacramento, and Silicon Hills (Austin, Texas).  Prior to working as a patent attorney, Bill was a professional engineer in the field of electrical engineering.

Bill's technical scope of patent practice encompasses a wide range of technical fields including analog circuitry, computers, memories, microprocessors, software, semiconductor fabrication and design, and telecommunications.  Bill has also provided litigation support regarding unfair competition, patent infringement, patent validity, product exposure, and portfolio assessment.

John Vira

John is a registered patent agent.  John is geographically active in the Silicon Hills (Austin, Texas) and central Texas biotechnology corridors (San Antonio - Austin).

 

Professional Experience:

John's technical scope of patent practice is primarily focused on the mechanical arts - particularly machinery related to commercial food preparation, packaging, dispensing, and distribution.  John brings considerable experience in mechanical design from his years of engineering experience in the aerospace/defense and the food/beverage industries prior to practicing before the United States Patent Office.  John also provides litigation support regarding patent infringement.
